fix(platform): apply SSR route policies before rendering - #2523

Read matched policies before header middleware and retain explicit child SSR opt-ins. Refs analogjs#2522. Includes the shared CI bootstrap prerequisites. Co-Authored-By: OpenAI Codex <noreply@openai.com>

PR Checklist
Part of #2522.
On
alpha,/clientis server-rendered even though its Nitro route rule setsssr: false. The renderer reads response headers before Nitro applies the matched rule's headers. This patch reads the matched policy before rendering and lets an explicitssr: truereset an inherited opt-out.The unchanged JSON-LD E2E test reproduces this on untouched alpha. It also blocks compiler PR analogjs/analog#2520. This small prerequisite keeps the route-policy fix in the platform workstream requested in Brandon's review of analogjs/analog#2516.

What is the new behavior?
The parent rule returns the client shell. The more specific help route renders on the server. Other rule headers are retained, and the existing response-header fallback remains available when no matched SSR policy exists.
Caller-provided
x-analog-no-ssris removed before internal renderer dispatch. For example, a request to an explicitly SSR-enabled/products/1still returns server-rendered HTML when it suppliesx-analog-no-ssr: true;/cartconfigured withssr: falsestill returns the client shell when the caller suppliesfalse. Cloning preserves the request URL/query, method/body, custom headers, runtime context, and abort signal/reason without changing the incoming headers. The Node pin is shared through
.node-versionand.nvmrc; Nx Agents install the configured Playwright browsers. The base's obsoletepnpm cypress installcommand fails because Cypress is absent. These small bootstrap prerequisites are also present in the compiler PR; including them here makes this prerequisite independently executable in CI.Test plan
