Translate every app string and localize the store listing for zh-TW Traditional Chinese. The Android resource qualifier also adds zh-TW to the generated locale configuration.

This pull request adds Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) localization to the app, including UI strings and metadata. The changes provide full support for users in the zh-TW locale, covering both in-app text and Play Store descriptions.
Traditional Chinese localization:
