This pull request adds Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) localization to the app, including UI strings and metadata. The changes provide full support for users in the zh-TW locale, covering both in-app text and Play Store descriptions.

Traditional Chinese localization:

  • Added a complete strings.xml file in values-zh-rTW with translations for all user-facing strings, including activities, application options, shortcuts, onboarding, history, errors, settings, manifest viewer, and filters.

Play Store metadata localization:

  • Added a full Traditional Chinese app description in metadata/zh-TW/full_description.txt describing main features and usage.
  • Added a localized short description in metadata/zh-TW/short_description.txt for the Play Store listing.

Translate every app string and localize the store listing for zh-TW
Traditional Chinese. The Android resource qualifier also adds zh-TW to
the generated locale configuration.
