feat(whatsapp): import and render every WhatsApp message type - #8728
Mentions, polls, locations, contact cards, events, pins, calls, group changes, stickers, GIFs and voice notes arrived as empty or unsupported rows, and media replies lost their quote.
Session service mapper: quote/mention/forward context from whichever part carries it; stickers, GIFs and voice notes; system lines from w:gp2 notifications, icon changes and history stubs (one line per change, shared by every observing account); polls with decrypted votes; locations, vCards (nom), WhatsApp events, pins and call logs.
Sending can mention participants (mentionedJid).
Web: system lines use Chat's activity row; mentions become user chips or bold names; poll, location, contact and event cards; forwarded tag; declared media sizes reserve space; composer mentions limited to the group's participants.
Regenerated storage client, OpenAPI, SDK and code-mode catalog; whatsapp_e2e covers every imported type.

WhatsApp linked devices, one layer per PR. Merge bottom-up; each PR is based on the one below it, so its diff is only its own layer. Layers 1-9 are wolf/whatsmeow-rs as of the split; layers 10-16 are the later work on that branch, regrouped by topic. The audit fixes are folded into the layers that own the code they fix. The schema is three migrations in its final shape: layer 4's 20261027061310_whatsapp_linked and 20261027061311_validate_entity_whatsapp_group_type, and layer 5's 20261027062649_whatsapp_store; no later layer adds a migration.

attachment.presentation comes from the network. production-api.ts copies it through with attachment.presentation ?? undefined and does not validate it. A bare .exhaustive() throws at runtime for any value outside 'sticker' | 'gif' | 'voice_note' | undefined. A newer server that adds a presentation value will make quotePreview throw. This runs while the quoted row renders, so a reply to that message breaks its row.
Use .exhaustive((unknown) => fallback) for this payload. It keeps the compile-time check and returns the file name instead of throwing.
