Vendor pinned headers so camerad can support both the legacy AGNOS 4.9 kernel and the newer vamOS kernel with its camera_kt driver in a single binary. Keeping the two header sets in separate include directories makes builds independent of the host's camera headers and avoids copying them into openpilot.
