Opt plot observations into time-based retention without a sample-count limit. The default 4096-sample cap truncated a requested 30-second window to 9.1 seconds at 450 Hz. Keep the default cap for other observers and update the plot documentation and tooltip.
Rename Add line to Add item, place an X remove button beside the topic field, and show status details through an info button on hover or click.
Lay out the remove and info buttons from the right edge before giving the topic input the remaining width. Set a readable viewport-aware width for info tooltips and popups and wrap diagnostic text.
Toggle pause with Space in the focused pane without consuming text input or key repeats. Preserve pane focus after chart clicks, route double-click reset through Reset view, and document trackpad zoom gestures.

Why? What?
This PR adds a numeric time-series Plot panel to Twix, building on the topic field selection PR.
Multiple numeric fields can be plotted with individual colors and visibility controls. The history duration is configurable, and pausing allows panning and zooming through the captured data. Missing or invalid values produce gaps. Subscription and selection details are available through each item's info button.
ros-z-debug retains the selected time window, with one observation per topic shared across its plotted fields.
ToDo / Known Issues
Comparing topics assumes synchronized publisher clocks. Retention has no sample-count cap, so memory usage depends on message rate, payload size, and history duration. Stalled timestamps prevent time-based eviction.

How to Test
Connect Twix to a robot, simulator, or replay. Open a Plot panel and add
inputs/imu_state.roll_pitch_yaw[0]and[1]. Check history duration, pause/resume, zooming, and item controls.
