package.json の version を 0.0.9（ステーブル）にし、CHANGELOG の Unreleased の 3 件を 0.0.9（2026-10-23）へ移した。Unreleased は空にしてある。

• 設定の「言語」で日本語も選べる（feat(i18n): show the page in English and Simplified Chinese #184）
• ログイン案内ページと標準画面の切り替え行の多言語化（feat(host): localize the sign-in page and the stock settings row #175）

対応する DSH は src/shared/dsh-compat.ts の SUPPORTED_DSH_VERSION が 0.2.1-rc.2 のままなので、rc.5 と同じ注記を残した。ロックファイルにこの版番号は無い。

確認: この変更を載せた状態で pnpm typecheck、pnpm test（1,515 件中失敗 0、既存の skip 2 件）、pnpm build、pnpm check:pack が成功。偽データの言語切り替え e2e 12 件も成功。実 DSH の e2e（e2e-dsh）は、ログイン後に /m3e/ へ移らず、この環境では v0.0.9-rc.5 でも同じ失敗になるため、判断材料にしていない。

マージ後に、tgz の作成・検査、タグ v0.0.9、GitHub Release（プレリリースにしない）を行う。このPRではタグも Release も作らない。npm には出さない。
