Why

v0.0.9 を安定版として公開したあと、README と配布記録がまだ 0.0.8 / プレリリース rc.2 を指したままだった。Quick Start を Latest の 0.0.9 に合わせる。

Scope

• README.md / README.ja.md / README.zh-CN.md の Quick Start・要件・更新例
• docs/development.md、docs/dsh-compatibility.md、docs/handoff.md の v0.0.9 記録
• tests/18-readme.test.ts の必須トークンを v0.0.9 に更新
• CHANGELOG.md Unreleased

Tradeoffs

• 実 DSH への GitHub URL 隔離導入は未実施のまま文書に書いた。Release 本体の確認範囲と揃えている。

Blast radius

案内文と試験だけ。配布物の中身は変えない。

GitHub lists v0.0.9 as Latest. The asset dsh-webui-m3e-0.0.9.tgz is 4,619,445 bytes with digest sha256:f967b5f5ec5af1103d3212127934e20131baf1f697a0d5f033d952574c30daa0. Tag v0.0.9 points at cee8f414971b3f9fd5706bad10973e955a4f9359, the merge commit of PR #185.
