Closes #29

Also related: #28 was an accidental placeholder create (body test); edit/close APIs return 403 for this token — please close #28 manually in favor of #29.

Changes

  • TFM: net8.0 → net10.0 (current LTS)
  • global.json: pin SDK 10 with rollForward: latestMajor
  • Project cleanup: remove Framework-era <Reference> items and obsolete app.config (eliminates MSB3245 noise)
  • CI: replace obsolete Travis (.NET 2 preview) with GitHub Actions on .NET 10 running src/test.sh
  • Docs: README / README.zhcn.txt updated for .NET 10 publish paths
  • test.sh: explicit dotnet restore Exceltk.csproj + --project / -- so multi-project src/ and CLI flag parsing work on modern SDKs

Verify

  • dotnet build src/Exceltk/Exceltk.csproj -c Release → net10.0
  • src/test.sh → all cases Done! (no MSB1011)
  • dotnet publish -r linux-x64 → src/bin/net10.0/linux-x64/publish/exceltk

Retarget Exceltk to net10.0, drop Framework-era Reference/app.config
noise, pin SDK via global.json, replace obsolete Travis with GitHub
Actions, and refresh EN/ZH build docs.

Point restore at Exceltk.csproj and use --project/-- so .NET 10 CLI
no longer hits MSB1011 or eats app flags.
