Directional Radio entities dupe without i/o

Both vanilla and advdupe 2 seem to spawn both receivers and transmitters with no inputs or outputs.
Not sure what's causing this, but given how old it is it's probably something that changed in wire that broke it.

Actually looking at base_wdr_entity, I think its because its baseclass isn't base_wire_entity

The subtypes are overriding ENT:Initialize but they aren't calling their baseclass ENT:Initialize.

Not sure why, but now they seem to dupe just fine, but I think they should call the baseclass function, prob will fix some bugs that haven't been found yet.
