Rust is a strongly typed langauge that requires strong desipline. Rust by far has one of the stongest standard libraries I've ever seen; with deep documentation & resources.
Honestly kotlin is very underrated as a programming language. Kotlin allows you target multiple targets such as the JVM & LLVM. Kotlin provides strong integration with many developer tools and will always be one my favourites
