This PR aligns the static Python browser Summary Report ReportSpec layout with the conventional RMarkdown structure.

Key Changes:

  1. Created top-level section prediction-distribution ("Prediction Distribution") as the second section (between prevalence and calibration).
  2. Added group prediction-distribution-probability-threshold ("By Probability Threshold") containing component prediction-distribution.
  3. Added group prediction-distribution-ppcr ("By Predicted Positives Condition Rate (PPCR)") containing component prediction-distribution-2.
  4. Removed prediction-distribution components from discrimination-probability-threshold and discrimination-ppcr, preserving remaining curve order (roc, precision-recall, gains, lift).
  5. Updated unit tests and Playwright browser acceptance tests in tests/test_summary_report_browser.py to verify section/group order, unique component IDs, single-execution count for producers, and browser tab/group navigation.
  6. Retained exact 18-component count across 6 sections and 6 groups without modifying statistical calculations or public APIs.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 1091887902099766664 started by @uriahf

Align static Python browser Summary Report layout with conventional
RMarkdown section contract by placing Prediction Distribution in a standalone
second top-level section between Prevalence and Calibration. Move existing
threshold and PPCR prediction distribution components without recomputing
their canonical specs.
