Plan how to use aj_estimates_from_performance_data #223

Description

@uriahf

AJ estimate from performance data is more complicated than the binary case.

In _create_rtichoke_curve_list_binary() I use aj_estimates_from_performance_data for:

  1. Extract use case: a) One Model b) Several Models c) Several Populations
  2. Create reference lines.

In order to find a good solution I need to figure out what aj estimate is being used when I create reference lines, and if possible to extract_aj_estimate for a specific cutoff.

    For now I'll try to enforce chosen_cutoff to be 0, it should derive the same aj estimates. As a first step I should make real_* values to return non-null values when chosen_cutoff is equal to 0 or 1.
