This PR implements the optional
creation-with-uploadextension and addresses all protocol compliance gaps and bugs identified in the expert audit report (including Expiration filter bugs, stricter validations on deferred lengths, metadata base64 format checking, malformed checksum header handling, and native CORS support). All unit/integration tests and Jacoco coverage checks pass.
