Adds docs/roadmaps/riscv64-alpine-boot.md, a dependency-ordered roadmap from the repaired 39-module zig-reference foundation through a first Alpine Linux riscv64 serial shell under Hyper-Zig.

The roadmap covers:

  • RISC-V architectural primitives
  • Sv39 and Sv39x4 translation
  • HS-mode runtime and SBI
  • FDT parsing/building
  • trap and interrupt handling
  • minimal virtual hardware
  • Linux image loading
  • the first Alpine boot milestone
  • immediate post-boot Virtio, networking, apk, and SSH work

The document is UTF-8 Markdown only and introduces no binary artifacts.
