Summary
List tools now return trimmed responses by default — heavy fields (description, code, message, clean_title, children, …) and null/empty values are stripped, cutting payload ~95% and preventing context bloat. Full bodies remain available per call via verbose:true or fields:[...]. Adds src/mcp/list-projection.js (slimList + _view marker) wired into all list handlers.
