• [Android][iOS][macOS] added support for callbacks to fire when a notification has been dismissed. This requires opting in by where the key requirements is to make use of the dismissIsolate property added to the AndroidNotificationDetails and DarwinNotificationDetails class. This indicates which isolate should be used to handle when a notification has been dismissed. Note on macOS, there is no support for background isolates so callback will always fire on the main isolate despite what is specified. Align the documented Android SDK floors before allowing v22

With Flutter 3.38.1 or newer, the resolver can select flutter_local_notifications 21/22, whose release requirements raise Android to API 24 and compileSdk 36. The documented consumer configuration still specifies minSdkVersion 21 and compileSdkVersion 34 in docs-markdown/setup.md:113-122, so Android applications following the setup guide will fail manifest/AAR validation after this upgrade. Either keep the dependency below 21 or update and clearly communicate both Android requirements.
