This is WIP to get the ball rolling, not expecting to have it merged right away.
The goal is to provide a very fast, read-only (for now!!!!) alternative to OnlyOffice/Collabora just to view spreadsheets.
This would be extra useful in environments like Messages where we don't have WOPI.
