This is the previous behavior for afl and now the honggfuzz side is consistent (when compiling with ziggy's "honggfuzz" feature).

Fix argument handling (memory limits are incompatible with asan), timeouts diverge as not properly scaled to fuzzer's time units.
Enable to run seeds with honggfuzz backend in the same style as for AFL++ (
fuzzmacro).Make metadata parsing/handling more robust and add a test.
