Consolidates six docs PRs that were individually mergeable but overlapped each other, so whichever landed second would have conflicted — most sharply solana-foundation#1974 and solana-foundation#1910, which shared 22 files and both moved pages out of Payments into Resources. Reviewing them separately meant reviewing an intermediate structure that would never exist. Supersedes solana-foundation#1910, solana-foundation#1974, solana-foundation#1980, solana-foundation#1981, solana-foundation#1975 and solana-foundation#1995. Tickets: DEV-190, DEV-191, DEV-196, DEV-187, DEV-944, DEV-945, DEV-949, DEV-969. Four conflicts were resolved to keep both sides' intent: - en/payments/meta.json — agentic-payments would have been duplicated and production-readiness had to be dropped, since solana-foundation#1974 moves it to tools. - apps/docs/next.config.ts — both PRs add redirects; all are kept, and each moved route now generates a .md twin, because the web app forwards raw markdown requests with .md intact. - en/references/meta.json — solana-foundation#1981 adds solana-cli/spl-token-cli from a base that still had feature-gates, which solana-foundation#1980 retires. Kept the additions, honoured the removal, and verified every remaining nav entry resolves. - en/programs/examples.mdx — solana-foundation#1975 adds Pinocchio to every row; main had gained a linked Realloc description. Both kept. The consolidation also caught four cross-PR defects no single PR could have surfaced: three links to routes another PR had moved, and a stale anchor.
