- remove internal working documents that served their purpose during the v1.1.0 cycle (agent config, process report, merged-PR body draft) - reword branch-specific references in the retained evidence reports to PR/commit identifiers, since the working branches are being removed - drop now-unused local-state ignore entries

Final housekeeping after the v1.1.0 release.
the release cycle: the in-repo assistant configuration file, an interim
process report whose technical content lives in the retained evidence
documents (RELEASE_READINESS_REPORT, REAL_TENSORRT_VALIDATION_REPORT,
SECURITY_REVIEW, SCORECARD, CHANGELOG), and the body draft for the
already-merged release PR.
commit identifiers, since the working branches are being deleted.
No runtime code, package version, tag, or release changes. Full suite,
build, and twine check pass.
