Hello everyone,

I want to start this issue by thanking you guys for the awesome work you did on this project.

As the title says, when I've exported my google photos using GTakeout it did create me the archives. When I run the immich-go V0.32.0 tool with the CLI :

immich-go upload from-google-photos --server=URL --api-key=REDACTED *.zip --concurrent-tasks 2 --client-timeout 40m0s --pause-immich-jobs --on-errors continue

The upload process works perfectly has intended. However, the log files says that it has processed 9497 assets (for a size of 45.4GB) which is different from the number of assets I have in google photos (9257).

I don't know if that's a GTakeout issue or an immich-go issue or something else, maybe this isn't at the right place, if that's the case sorry for the inconvenience.

My questions are :

  • Has anyone already experienced this ?
  • Do someone know if it's just a GTakeout archive issue to don't worry about ?
  • Does it have to do with immich-go at all ?

Thanks a lot for your help, wishing you a nice day :) !

    @LettuceSnob

    Did you have the --include-unmatched flag on when you ran it? If not, that delta would be pretty easily explained.

    I did not used this flag when running immich-go. I used the command shown in the issue. Thanks for trying to find an explanation !
