A tab keeps running whatever frontend it loaded; make sure a reload always gets the current one. Ruby block-buffers stdout when it is a pipe, which hid application messages from docker logs.

Cache-Control: no-cacheon/so a reload always fetches the current frontend.$stdout.sync = true: Ruby block-buffers stdout in Docker, which hid "WS closed" / handshake messages fromdocker logs.
