Clear formatting brought in from policies that use markdown in the descriptions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• We use Markdown in our Self Service descriptions to add formatting. IT makes the descriptions easier to read for our users, but when SYM-Helper pulls the contents of the policies it pulls the markdown formatting with it and its a huge mess to cleanup afterwards.

Describe the solution you'd like

• I would like it if SYM-Helper's output in json removed the markdown formatting from the context and also limited the amount of descriptive text brought over.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• If markdown is detected in the titles either remove it all together or truncate the text in the description to a number of characters anyways.
