Messages are hidden when user "link preview" setting is off #13

Reported by @reitblatt; turning off the "Show embeds and link previews" setting in GitHub means messages from the bot come through blank. It turns out Discord has a newer component thing we can use. Since we're sending a webhook rather than an app, we're limited to non-interactive components.
