Implements INT2-1100: Document unsettled fast-fill deposit risk

What this changes

  • Adds an explicit failure-case section to features/fast-fill.mdx.
  • Clarifies that when the origin deposit never lands, the sponsoring app bears the loss and the held amount becomes a permanent debit against its app balance.

How I verified

  • git diff --check passes.
  • Reviewed the final diff against the Relay Docs style guide.
  • The repository defines no local package scripts or docs validation command; rendering is left to the docs platform and PR review.

Open questions

Explain that an origin deposit that never lands leaves the sponsoring
app responsible for the loss and converts the hold into a permanent debit.
