Error if hosts filenames contain space

Hi,
First of all, thank you for this program.

I encountered an issue during my analysis related to host file naming. The pipeline did not complete successfully when the host filenames contained spaces. After replacing spaces with underscores ("_"), everything worked correctly.

It might be helpful to mention this requirement in the documentation or handle such filenames within the code :)

I really hope you didn't lose too much time troubleshooting and tracking down the issue with the spaces in the filenames - thank you again. Because host filenames function as host identifiers, they cannot contain spaces. We will update the documentation to clarify this requirement.
