Currently, metrics in the report don't take into account how many runs have been done for each task because we expected all tasks to have the same amount of runs per each model. Starting with Stage 3, tasks could have variable number of runs because doing many runs for some stable tasks could get pretty expensive while providing little signal. So, we need to normalize the metrics within each task individually before combining them in the report.
