Requires pylibshout found at https://github.com/Wessie/pylibshout which is a modified version of pylibshout for an unicode metadata hack.
If you want to use the C array buffer in buffers.carray_buffer you will have to run python setup.py build_ext --inplace in the root directory.
This is only needed when there have been changes or it's your first installation of carray_buffer.pyx.
