--rerun-exclude-pathdoes not currently recognize lexically equivalent relative paths containing parent (..) segments.For example, given an excluded
excluded/directory:prevents reruns as expected, while:
does not, causing tests under the excluded directory to be rerun.
This PR makes equivalent exclude paths behave consistently.
