v10.0.0 has been tagged, metadata.json has been update, but there's neither a release for v10.0.0 on Github nor on Puppet Forge.

Expected Behavior

v10.0.0 fully released including Github and Puppet Forge

@schustersv : You are absolutely right that the v10.0.0 release is currently incomplete. It was initially released but feedback was received that more notification was required. The official release was rolled back, but we kept the tag. The next release (10.0.1) will be targeted for the end of June.
