Validated: Kani matrix skipped (38→0), 'Kani gate' reported success via the skip-aware aggregate (no deadlock), Coverage/Rocq/Lean/Spar/Bazel all skipped. CI diet confirmed working. Closing the throwaway probe. |

Validates the CI diet: a docs-only PR must SKIP Kani (all engine jobs) + Coverage/Rocq/Lean/Spar/Bazel, while the required Kani gate reports GREEN via the skip-aware aggregate (not pending — that would be the deadlock). Will be closed once verified.
