The Dockerfile rewrites pnpm-workspace.yaml to a fixed list, and packages/automation/browser, which the cli depends on since #1014, was not in it. Every Railway build since 2026-09-06 failed on its playwright types and nothing merged in a week reached sh1pt.com.
