Terrifying blocks galactic trade which prevents Balorg from getting Vitreloy

In v1.4.10 galactic trade does not show up in resources if you have [Terrifying] trait. This blocks Vitreloy as a resource.

Vitreloy is first acquired via alien system 1 freighter trade, Vitreloy is used to purchase metaphyics, metaphysics unlock the research to unlock alien system 2 (where you can make vitreloy plant) and advanced alchemy (to create vitreloy via alchemy).

Either the UI is bugged and it should let you perform galactic trading.

Or the game is bugged and it should prevent you from buying galactic freighters. (and probably have some alternative way to get Vitreloy as unmodified Balorgs)

Apparently intergalactic trade is accessible via pressing the cogwheel icon next the freighter in Andromeda galaxy even if you have no access to the market page.

I think that it should still show up in resources where people are used to it being located at. but that would be an enhancement request rather than a bug report.
