Hunter Process is meant to half the price of buying Titanium, but it often reduces it by much more than half. The price of importing Titanium with a trade route often drops from approximately 180$ to approximately 37$ after the research is complete. I don't know how to reproduce this bug in every run, but it happens in at least half my runs. Also I am using the No Free Trade challenge gene in all my runs, but I am not sure if that is relevant to the bug in any way.
