Accessibility: Color contrast for has-text-special css class is very low

The color contrast for the CSS class has-text-special is not within best accessibility practices for color contrast, and causes difficulties reading some of the text messages.

I did not see a sass file in the repo, or I would have submitted a file fix along with this issue ticket.Based on the contrast checker output, I'd suggest changing the text color from #91006C to #F99AE0

@fredden I am currently using the dark theme. I haven't run a contrast check on light or orangesoda, but I'd be happy to run contrast checks on any/all themes if that would be helpful.
