The DSM's are a valid COG's, but they show up as just an empty black square on the default viewer. They also don't really open in https://cogeo.org/map or https://cogeo.xyz - good default COG viewers.
May well be because they are just a single band. It'd be nice to be able to link to some way to view them, or even display better by default. Other viewers that may work better could work. It also could be nice to generate some thumbnail / preview images. Things look decent in QGIS:
