execution, github, codex, and environment are each over the limit, so extract context/engine/handoff/lifecycle/outcome/prompt/recovery/ transitions, auth/intake/repos/schemas/webhook, codex-acp/onboarding, and shared git/errors helpers behind the existing service facades. Replace the monolithic execution test with lifecycle/handoff/ environment suites over a shared harness, and ratchet max-lines so split files stay small.
Show the terminal UI screenshot, document attaching a workflow to a GitHub intake source, and note Codex/GitHub as the current supported agent and source.
Commit the peelar/pipes intake policy so the checkout itself demonstrates the documented github attachment. Decouple the GitHub connection test from the live example: its fixture starts without a policy so attach can create the sidecar.
Extract @pipes/protocol (config, RPC schemas, typed client), @pipes/mcp (message handling, stdio runner, result endpoint), and @pipes/tui (components) packages. Core keeps the server, client process wiring, CLI, and TUI launcher.
Move src/server/*, self, and version into packages/server with subpath exports. Keep src/server.ts as the RPC assembly in core, and resolve the dev entrypoint by upward search so child-process spawning survives the move.
Manage -> Connections lists registered repositories above the add choices, with clearer copy (Repositories / Add a repository). Replace every native select with the shared ChoiceList: single-line rows, inline dim detail, restrained highlight, same keyboard bindings (arrows, j/k, shift fast-scroll, return), scroll window and controlled selection for the queue and directory browser.
Extract shared TUI test helpers and split focused choice-list, task-details, and workflow suites out of the app test. Set wrapMode none on choice and repository rows so narrow panes clip instead of overlapping.
Keep a single product version: packages/pipes owns the name, version, bins, and pipes/config entrypoint. The root manifest is now an unversioned workspace (pipes-workspace) with tooling scripts only. Link all workspace packages in a fixed group so changesets bumps them in lockstep; release notes live in packages/pipes/CHANGELOG.md. This unbreaks changeset status, which cannot version the monorepo root under Bun workspaces. Update the build version source, dev entrypoint lookup, CLI spawn paths in tests, and the dev fixture to drop copied per-package node_modules (their links point back at this checkout and would shadow the fixture).
