Draft initial set of VERS type definitions

There are 22 VERS types that are candidates for the initial set of registered VERS types. They are listed at https://packageurl.org/docs/vers/vers-types . (We have also added to the table below an entry for the conan VERS type.)

research needed means the available version-related information is insufficient to create a list of vers_examples and a list of native_and_vers_equivalent_examples for a *-definition.json file. in progress means we have enough information to prepare an initial draft *-definition.json file.

This issue is for tracking the status of drafting a VERS type definition for these candidates:

Each VERS type definition comprises:

• Basic information from the VERS type definition schema v0.2
• Additional information about the native version scheme, comparators, and comparison procedures. This information will be collected from an issue template to register a new VERS type and recorded in supplementary document files.
