Absolute Johannes factotum
- SCP-9564 (?)
- SCP-9564 is an abandoned theater in Oakland, California, that appears to be ruined but mysteriously has working electricity and water. Within a three-kilometer radius of the theater, all arthropods, like insects and spiders, gain human-level intelligence and the ability to speak. These intelligent insects, collectively known as SCP-9564-1, live in the theater, have repaired its interior, and regularly put on elaborate stage plays for each other. The theater also has a protective magical symbol that prevents harm to the insects and teleports away any aggressors, though it's slowly losing its power. However, the insect population is dwindling due to exposure to a common pesticide, causing many to sicken and die, and the theater's magical effects are weakening, leading to the eventual end of this unique community.
- Holy Land Experience (?)
- The Holy Land Experience was a Christian amusement park in Orlando, Florida, which recreated the architecture and themes of ancient Jerusalem in 1st-century Judaea. Owned by the Trinity Broadcasting Network, it offered weekly church services, Bible studies, and live theatrical productions depicting biblical events, alongside exhibits like a scale model of Jerusalem and a museum of biblical artifacts. Despite controversies over its tax-exempt status and accusations of proselytizing, the park operated from 2001 until its closure in March 2020 due to declining revenue, with the property later sold to AdventHealth for redevelopment.
