_config.yml include: entries reference wrong file paths

_config.yml at repo root has:

include:

• CONTRIBUTING.md
• LICENSE.md
• CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md

I've noticed that all three paths are wrong:

• CONTRIBUTING.md → 404. Actual location: docs/CONTRIBUTING.md
• CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md → 404. Actual location: docs/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md
• LICENSE.md → 404. The actual file is LICENSE (no .md extension) at repo root.

The include: directive tells Jekyll/GitHub Pages to copy these files into the rendered site. Since none exist at the given paths, Jekyll silently ignores them -- CONTRIBUTING.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, and LICENSE are absent from the GitHub Pages site output.

• docs/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md
