This milestone tracks the runtime topology issues. M1.4 is tracked under misc. Docker recovery (M1.6) is conditional on an explicitly supported development path; containment-only Sandbox cleanup (M1.7) is conditional on the shipped extension contract. These are not blanket Kubernetes launch gates. Completion requires the approved topology and production-path acceptance evidence, plus explicit dispositions for conditional items.
