When the host processes reported pages it often naturally zeros them
(e.g. MADV_DONTNEED). Add a feature flag so the device can report
which pages it initialized.
VIRTIO_BALLOON_F_DEVICE_INIT_REPORTED (bit 6): The device initializes
reported pages. If PAGE_POISON is also negotiated, pages are filled
with poison_val; otherwise with zeros. The device signals success
via the used length of each reporting_vq element.
Without this feature, the spec only guarantees reported page content
when PAGE_POISON is negotiated (device MUST NOT modify to non-poison_val).
This feature extends that guarantee to the non-PAGE_POISON case.
