Need a working setup to allow creation of events

Moved from ntuoss/hackoss-admin-deprecated#3

It's getting painstakingly difficult to use Cloud Firestore's UI to add an event. I think we quickly need to roll out a version of hackoss-admin that allows us to do this. We can ignore integration with EventBrite or Facebook for now.

Understand that we might be blocked by ntuoss/hackoss#2.

its working now refer to latest commit on PR. One thing should improve is the frontend validation
