Bumps the HLASMLexer entry to v1.1.1. Notepad++ will not load an external lexer unless
plugins\Config\HLASMLexer.xmlis present, and reports the refusal as an incompatible DLL, which Plugins Admin could not fix since it only unpacks intoplugins\HLASMLexer\. The plugin now writes that file itself on first launch and leaves an existing one alone. SHA-256 verified against the v1.1.1 release asset.
