ansible: update Alpine to 3.23 and 3.24

They are already the versions used by the official Docker images.

I put https://ci.nodejs.org/computer/test-digitalocean-alpine321_container-x64-2/ and https://ci.nodejs.org/computer/test-digitalocean-alpine322_container-x64-2/ offline to test the update.

For some reason it's rebuilding the sharedlibs containers. I wish I knew how to deploy only specific images on the Docker hosts.

• 3.23 is compiling
• 3.24 failed to find clang++. I think it's because that name is reserved for clang22. We can either install that version or change the compiler selector script for 3.24.

ah that will be because they had been rebuilt with #4364. Don't worry about those (other than the rebuild time) -- let's get this one merged when ready and I'll redo the tidy up one next week.
