Development has moved from crick-pipelines-stp/carmack to this fork, but the repo still named old homes in a few places: the README badges tracked the old repo's CI, the image's OCI source label linked the GHCR package to the wrong repo, and the CLI banner advertised briscoelab/carmack.

Changes

  • README.md: CI and publish badges, GHCR package link, image path, pinned-image example and pip install URL now use neurogenomics/carmack.
  • Dockerfile: org.opencontainers.image.source now points at this repo.
  • .github/workflows/publish.yml: header comment only. The image name already comes from ghcr.io/${{ github.repository }}, so publishing from this repo targets ghcr.io/neurogenomics/carmack with no workflow change.
  • carmack/__main__.py: the startup banner link now points at this repo instead of briscoelab/carmack.

The author email in pyproject.toml is left as is; it is attribution, not a repo location.

Test plan

  • git grep -i -E 'crick-pipelines|briscoelab' returns nothing.
  • python -m carmack --version prints the banner with https://github.com/neurogenomics/carmack.
  • After merge, the README badges render against this repo's workflow runs and the first publish run on main pushes to ghcr.io/neurogenomics/carmack.

Development has moved to the neurogenomics fork. The README badges, install
URL and GHCR image path, the Dockerfile's OCI source label and the publish
workflow's header comment still named crick-pipelines-stp, so badges tracked
the old repo's CI and the image label linked its package to the wrong source.
The startup banner still linked to briscoelab/carmack, an older home of the
project, so every run advertised a repository that is no longer where
development happens.
