Suggestion: option to "sort by" and to show active rules at top

I got so many rules that Ive tried and tested and finally settled with ones that work. Also when something break i generally create copy and edit that in case it gets worse than before.

This has meant having to scroll through many tules before finding onces that are active. Simple toggle to sort by active would literally fix this and also having option to sort by name or any other parameters would improve user experience.

Would appreciate if this can be implemented. Thank you
