Silences the CI deprecation warning that
actions/checkout@v4,actions/setup-node@v4, andactions/upload-artifact@v4target the retired Node 20 runtime (GitHub was force-running them on Node 24).Bumps all three to their latest major (v7, Node 24). Inputs are unchanged (defaults / node-version+cache / name+path+retention), and all three run in the
testjob, so this PR's CI exercises the bump directly. Pages actions were not flagged and are left as-is.
