Fixed in a323573. Added skills/eliminate-redundant-restores to the dotnet-msbuild include list and regenerated the installed skill, lockfile, and both managed inventories with gh copilot-curate update dotnet-msbuild. gh copilot-curate verify passes, and all 21 skill references in these two agents now resolve.

Include eliminate-redundant-restores in the curated MSBuild plugin so both updated agents can load it. Regenerate the skill, managed inventories, and lockfile with gh-copilot-curate.
