@jmlehton , it seems that the how-to section is not numbered correctly. This is probably because https://github.com/mets/METS-guide/blob/main/mets_howtos.md is having the subsections within the content and not as separate markdown files. Do we need to create separate files for the sections like "METS header", "Metadata" etc.? |

Internal links did not work for me yet. Here's a fix for this.
